The directory republishes public lists from licensing agencies. Those lists can be out of date, incomplete or wrong, and errors can arise when we process them. Always confirm a license with the agency that issued it before relying on it. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any licensing agency or government body.

Not for screening decisions

We are not a consumer reporting agency, and the directory is not a consumer report under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. You may not use it to decide someone's eligibility for employment, credit, insurance, housing or any other purpose covered by that Act.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• harass, threaten, stalk or defraud anyone, or use listings to do so;
• send unsolicited bulk marketing to people found in the directory;
• scrape or bulk-download the site, or harm or overload it;
• send false correction or removal requests, or act for someone without their permission.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Corrections and removals

You can ask us to correct or remove a listing. We review each request and may decline it. Changing a listing here does not change the agency's records.

Third parties

The site links to other websites and may show third-party ads. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimer and limit of liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its information.
