Respondent was temporarily suspended in Michigan because: 1)on June 6, 2024, in Shelby Township, Michigan case number 23-1733-ODOD, Respondent was convicted of Operated While Impaired By Liquor, a Misdemeanor; 2) on February 15, 2025, Respondent underwent an Evaluation indicating Respondent is not safe to practice nursing and which diagnosed Respondent with Alcohol Use Disorder, Severe, and Cannabis Use Disorder, Moderate; 3) on April 4, 2025, during a drug screen, Respondent tested positive for Phosphatidylethanol; and 5) on May 2, 2025, and on June 22, 2025, Respondent failed to comply with Michigan's Health Professional Recovery Program's monitoring agreement requirements.
